Job Description – Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Billing:
Prepare sales invoices and tax invoices,Generate delivery challans and e-way bills, Maintain customer billing records, Follow up on outstanding payments,Coordinate with sales and dispatch team.
Accounts:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, Record transactions in Tally / ERP, Handle bank entries and reconciliation, Maintain purchase and expense records, Assist in GST filing and returns, Support monthly closing and reports, Knowledge of billing process, Basic accounting concepts, Tally / ERP knowledge, MS Excel (basic formulas), Accuracy and attention to detail.
