Job Description: Accountant – Zoho Books, Inventory & CRM

🎯 Role Overview


We are looking for a Zoho-experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting, inventory control, and basic CRM operations for our IT hardware & computer sales business.


✅ Core Responsibilities

🔹 Zoho Books


Create and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, and expense entries


GST configuration and compliance


Filing & reconciliation of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B


Bank and cash reconciliation


Preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements


TDS compliance (if applicable)


🔹 Zoho Inventory


Item creation and maintenance for laptops, desktops, components, and accessories


Serial number / batch tracking for PCs and laptops


Manage stock in–out, low stock alerts, and inventory valuation


Handle Purchase Orders → Bills → Stock synchronization with Zoho Books


Margin analysis by product, brand, and model


🔹 Zoho CRM


Manage lead to customer conversion


Sync customers, invoices, and payments with Zoho Books


Track sales pipelines (Walk-in, WhatsApp, Corporate, AMC)


Generate basic sales and performance reports


🎓 Required Skills & Experience


Proven experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)


Hands-on knowledge of Zoho Inventory


Working knowledge of Zoho CRM


Strong understanding of GST compliance


Experience in IT hardware / electronics / retail accounting preferred


Attention to detail and good reporting skills


💡 Nice to Have


Experience with serial-number-based inventory


Knowledge of bundled sales (PC + OS + services)


Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
