ROLE : "ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE"

QUALIFICATION : Any DEGREE

Experience : Min 2 to 3 year experience is must...

AGE : 25 to 35 years

AMBATTUR INDUSTRIAL ESTATE.

ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY.

· Daily employee attendance and time management

· Follow-up of E-Time Office software and biometric machine

· Enrollment of new employees in the biometric system

· Posting job vacancies on portals such as Apna, Job Hai, WorkIndia, and Naukri

· Monthly salary and payroll processing

· Online payment of ESI contributions

· Monitoring shop floor 5S activities and checking employee PPE compliance

· Ensuring cleanliness across all company areas

· Contract labour management

· Conducting weekly employee meetings

· Employee time card management

· Petty cash handling and monitoring

· Purchase entry in Tally

· Updating and completing sales entries

· Preparing supplier payment details

· Bank reconciliation activities

· Maintenance of daily check sheets

· Maintenance of daily inward and outward registers

· Coordination for GST filing activities

· TDS calculation and payment
