Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·      Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime).

·      Prepare invoices, process payments, handle accounts receivable / payable.

·      Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

·      Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

·      Ensure timely tax fillings, including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

·      Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements and timelines.

·      Prepare necessary documents, such as sales contracts, agreements, or order forms, for customer signature.

·      Maintain organized records of all sales-related documents, including contracts, agreements, invoices, and payment receipts, for reference and audit purposes.

·      Handle petty cash and maintain expense reports.

·      Support month-end and year end closing process.

·      Maintain confidentiality and safeguard financial data.

Qualifications and Skills:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Ø Minimum 1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (Experienced candidates only considered)

Ø Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Ø Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ø Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
