Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting functions with a strong focus on project-wise accounting, GST compliance, and cost control. The role is critical in handling contractor billing, staggered client payments, and statutory compliance typical to interior and infrastructure projects.

• Key Responsibilities1. Core Accounting & Finance Operations (Must-Have)Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally / Tally Prime
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Vendor bills, client invoices, and payment follow-ups
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis
• Track cash flow on a project-wise basis (inflows & outflows)
• Monitor and control site expenses, petty cash, and operational costs
• Ensure timely posting of vouchers and ledger scrutiny
• 2. GST & Statutory Compliance (Critical for Infra Business)Prepare and file GST returns:
• GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
• Invoice reconciliation and mismatch resolution
• Track and reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC)
• Manage TDS compliance:
• Contractors, professionals, vendors
• Handle PF & ESI compliance (where applicable)
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Auditors, and Consultants
• Support audits and ensure statutory accuracy

👉 This role is critical due to contract billing structures and staggered client payments common in interior and infrastructure projects.

• 3. Project-Wise Accounting & Contract Billing (Very Important)Maintain project-wise costing:
• Materials, labour, subcontractors
• Track Budget vs Actual expenses for each project
• Prepare client-wise and project-wise profitability reports
• Handle Running Account (RA) Bills
• Track Retention Money, deductions, and Credit Notes
• Support project managers with cost and financial insights
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
• Experience in construction / interior / infrastructure accounting preferred
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, site-driven environments
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to meet strict compliance and reporting deadlines
