Accounts Manager

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to independently handle all accounting operations of our small-scale industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete accounting cycle.
• Record purchase, sales, expenses, and journal entries
• Prepare purchase orders and verify invoices
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts
• Monitor receivables and payables
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare balance sheet and financial statements
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
• Handle accounting tasks using Tally software
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial processes

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of Tally
• Good understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GST / taxation basics
• Organizational and time-management skills
