Job Description
Admin Responsibilities
· Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations
· Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
· Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office functioning
· Support Admin activities such as attendance, onboarding support, and employee coordination
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
· Assist management with reports, scheduling, and follow-ups
Client Coordination Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for client communication.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and feedback.
- Maintain client databases and update records regularly.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with clients.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in client handling.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
