Key Responsibilities

Convert leads into admissions through calls and systematic follow-ups

• Handle student enquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, online leads)
• Manage fee collection and payment follow-ups
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Coordinate class schedules and communicate with faculty members
• Support the complete admission process from enquiry to enrollment
• Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, admissions, or front office roles
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Confident in handling students and parents
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Organized, responsible, and proactive approach
• Experience in an educational institute is preferred
