Admin Incharge Cum Facility Manager

We are seeking a competent and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and manage administrative operations at our Vellivoyal site in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and ensure staff attendance on a daily basis.
2. Supervise security personnel attendance and ensure compliance with age and statutory requirements.
3. Oversee housekeeping staff attendance and allocate daily tasks effectively.
4. Ensure canteen operations run smoothly in accordance with established SOPs.
5. Monitor and maintain all property assets, ensuring proper functioning of equipment such as CCTV cameras, lighting, air conditioners, warehouse shutters, etc.
6. Maintain daily job sheets for contract workers.
7. Track and record daily diesel consumption for machinery such as forklifts, cranes, and DG sets.
8. Ensure overall site discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
9. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
10. Maintain records and documentation related to administrative activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administrative or facility management, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of compliance and safety standards
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
