Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Preschool Admin (Coordinator) who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the preschool. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and organizational skills to coordinate with teachers, address parent queries with empathy, and drive admissions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Coordination

  • Ensure smooth execution of academic schedules, events, and preschool activities.
  • Monitor teacher performance and provide necessary guidance for maintaining quality standards.

Admission & Parent Coordination

  • Handle all admission-related queries from prospective parents with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for parent queries, resolving concerns smoothly.

Administration & Operations

  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth running of the preschool.
  • Maintain accurate records of students, attendance, and academic reports.
  • Support in organizing school events, parent meetings, and workshops.

System & Tools Management

  • Use MS Word, Excel, and online tools effectively for documentation and communication.
  • Typing and preparing official communication, circulars, and reports.
  • Familiarity with basic digital platforms (email, admission tracking tools, Google Forms, etc.).


  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination or school administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and regional language).
  • Ability to handle parents and staff with a calm and polite approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), online tools, and typing.
  • Desirable QualitiesPleasant personality with a child-friendly approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
  • Team player with leadership qualities to manage teachers effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to preschool standards and methodologies.
