Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Industrial Sales / Area Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of Industrial products, including hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.


The ideal candidate must be honest, hard-working, punctual, and capable of working independently in the field to generate business growth.


Key Responsibilities:-


1.Develop and manage B2B sales for industrial products such as hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment


2.Work directly with retail outlets, distributors, and dealers to promote company products


3.Generate new business requirements from construction sites, factories, contractors, and B2B companies


4.Build and maintain strong relationships with site engineers, purchase managers, contractors, and decision-makers


5.Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base in the assigned area


6.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the company


7.Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends


8.Ensure timely collection of payments and proper follow-up with clients


9.Represent the company professionally and support overall company growth and progress


Requirements & Qualifications


Proven experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in tools, hardware, or safety equipment


Strong understanding of retail sales, construction industry, and industrial procurement processes


Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


Self-motivated, honest, hard-working, and punctual


Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities


Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area


Basic knowledge of sales reporting and documentation


Preferred Candidate Profile


Experience selling to construction sites, factories, and industrial clients


Existing network of retailers, contractors, or B2B buyers (added advantage)


Results-driven mindset with long-term commitment to company growth
