Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior PMO Analyst to support our project management team in delivering strategic initiatives. This role is critical for maintaining project governance, ensuring data accuracy in reporting, and creating high-impact visual presentations for senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented multitasker who excels at translating complex project data into professional proposals and actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling: Support Project Managers in creating and maintaining detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain complex Excel trackers to monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and KPIs.

Presentation & Design: Design high-quality PowerPoint decks for steering committees, stakeholder updates, and internal briefings.

Proposal Development: Assist in drafting project proposals, business cases, and scopes of work, ensuring all documentation is professional and persuasive.

Task Management: Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring all administrative actions, risk logs, and issue trackers are up to date.

Governance Support: Organize project meetings, capture detailed minutes, and follow up on outstanding action items to ensure momentum.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced PowerPoint Skills: Ability to create "board-ready" presentations with clear data visualization and consistent branding.

Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements) and the ability to manage large datasets accurately.

Proposal Writing: Strong command of written English with the ability to structure logical arguments and project justifications.

Multitasking: Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
