Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and replenish cash in ATMs according to established schedules and procedures
- Verify cash balances and reconcile discrepancies accurately
- Perform basic ATM maintenance (clearing jams, replacing receipt paper, cleaning machines)
- Inspect ATMs for signs of tampering, damage, or malfunction
- Follow strict security, safety, and compliance protocols at all times
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and custody records
- Coordinate with supervisors and technical teams for escalated issues
- Safely transport cash and equipment when required
- Provide professional interaction with clients or site personnel as needed
