Executive Audit (On-site) (Chennai | Kotturpuram)

Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Audit to handle daily accounting operations, assist in tax filings, and support audit-related activities. The role involves working with accounting software, coordinating with clients, managing compliance tasks, and preparing timely reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily accounting entries and ledgers
• Provide support in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation, filing of returns, and tax compliance.
• Maintain client coordination and deliver prompt solutions to their needs.
• Assist in ROC filings and statutory documentation.
• Handle bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements
• Assist in GST and TDS compliance activities, including preparation and filing.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualification and Skills

• Strong accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of core accounting principles.
• CA/CMA (Article, Inter, or Final) students preferred. B.Com, M.Com, and MBA candidates with a commerce background are also eligible.
• Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoho Books, and other accounting software.
• Freshers to 3 years of experience are welcome
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
• Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn and grow.
