Qualification: Diplamo in Mechanic

Key Responsibilities• Customer Handling:

Assist vehicle owners by explaining hydro testing procedures, safety requirements, and government regulations related to CNG cylinders.

• Inspection Coordination:

Schedule cylinder testing appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely inspection, testing, and certification.

• Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate service records, test reports, certification documents, and ensure all procedures comply with Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) safety standards and government regulations.

• Technical Guidance:

Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding cylinder condition, testing validity, retesting timelines, and replacement requirements.

• Billing & Service Records:

Prepare invoices, manage payments, and maintain digital and physical records of all service transactions.

• Customer Support:

Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups while ensuring a smooth service experience.
