Back Office Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage our back-office operations. This is a multi-dimensional role that includes financial management using Tally ERP9, field service coordination, and inside sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Operations & Bookkeeping:

• Full responsibility for day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions in Tally ERP9
• Handle bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, taxation support (GST, TDS), and monthly reporting
• Maintain accurate records for sales, purchases, credit notes, and service billing

2. Stock & Inventory Management:

• Oversee physical stock verification and reconcile with Tally and manual records
• Manage inventory movement
• Work closely with purchase and sales teams for stock planning

3. Field Service Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate field service visits and installation support
• Track service job closures, follow-ups, and customer documentation
• Maintain AMC, warranty, and stamping records systematically

4. Inside Sales & Customer Handling:

• Respond to customer queries via phone/email and prepare quotations
• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up and CRM updates
• Process sales orders, generate invoices, and support order tracking
• Build rapport with customers and assist with product/service information
