Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Project drawings & BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and verification
- Quantity take-off as per approved drawings
- Preparation of RA bills & final bills
- Client billing and contractor/sub-contractor billing
- Measurement book (MB) preparation & verification
- Rate analysis (DSR / SSR / non-schedule items)
- Verification of vendor bills & work completion
- Coordination with site engineers, planning & accounts team
- Maintaining billing records, reports & supporting documents
