Billing Executive

Job Description:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the financial operations of the organization. The role includes handling invoicing, payments, taxation, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
• Prepare and process customer invoices for automation projects, products, and services.
• Handle accounts payable and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments.
• Maintain purchase and expense records related to projects and operations.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and purchase departments for financial documentation.
