Job Description
Sales Invoicing
- Prepare accurate sales invoices based on purchase orders and delivery notes
- Ensure GST compliance and correct HSN/SAC codes on all invoices
- Coordinate with accounts team for timely posting and reconciliation
- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices for audit readiness
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payment terms
Stock Management
- Monitor daily stock levels and update inventory registers
- Coordinate inward and outward stock movement with warehouse staff
- Perform monthly stock reconciliation and report discrepancies
- Assist in forecasting demand and planning reorders with suppliers
- Maintain minimum stock thresholds and flag low inventory alerts
