Job Title: HR Recruiter ( High-Volume & Blue-Collar)Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, resourceful HR Recruiter to lead our blue-collar hiring efforts. You won’t just be sitting behind a desk; you’ll be the bridge between our operational needs and the hardworking individuals who keep our business running. Your mission is to find, vet, and on board reliable candidates for roles.

Key Responsibilities·        Mass Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

·        Creative Sourcing: Go beyond LinkedIn. Use local community boards, social media groups, job fairs, and "walk-in" events to find talent.

·        Screening & Vetting: Conduct quick but thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess reliability, skill sets, and cultural fit.

·        On boarding: Coordinate documentation, background checks, and safety orientations to ensure a seamless "Day 1" experience.

·        Retention Strategy: Check in with new hires during their first 30 days to identify any friction points and reduce early turnover.

·        Reporting: Track key metrics like "Time-to-Hire" and "Cost-per-Hire" to keep the management team informed.

The Ideal Candidate·        Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment, specifically within Automobile Manufacturing Sectors.

·        Communication: Ability to speak clearly and authentically with people from all walks of life. (Bilingual skills are a major plus!).

·        Hustle: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and don't mind a "high-volume" workload.

·        Empathy: You understand the unique challenges of the blue-collar workforce and treat every applicant with respect.

·        Tech Savvy: Comfortable using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and mobile-first communication tools (like WhatsApp or SMS) to reach candidates quickly.
