• 1-2 years of experience in presales or residential sales (real estate industry preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales&Telesales role.

• Male: Sales Executive (Bike Must)

• Female: Senior Telecaller

• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.

• Language Skills: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.

• Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets effectively.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

• Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

• Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to showcase the projects value effectively.

• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple site visits and follow-ups efficiently

• Two-Wheeler Vehicle Must

• Working days: Monday to Sunday 

• Week off: Every Tuesday
