Roles & Responsibilities**

1. Outbound & Inbound Calling

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from leads provided by the company.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about real estate projects.

1. Lead Generation & Qualification
2. 
   

• Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and references.
• Identify customer requirements (budget, location, type of property) and qualify leads.

1. Customer Engagement
2. 
   

• Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
• Build good rapport with customers and maintain a positive company image.

1. Appointment & Site Visit Scheduling
2. 
   

• Fix appointments and arrange site visits for interested customers.
• Coordinate with sales executives and managers for site visit follow-ups.

1. Follow-up & Conversion Support
2. 
   

• Regularly follow up with interested leads to move them towards booking.
• Update customers about new launches, offers, and availability.

1. CRM & Data Management
2. 
   

• Enter and update customer details, call status, and follow-up notes in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.

1. Target Achievement
2. 
   

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Support the sales team in achieving overall project sales goals.

1. Customer Service

• Answer customer queries politely and professionally.
• Handle basic objections and transfer serious prospects to the sales team.

1. Coordination with Team

• Work closely with sales executives, marketing team, and CRM team.
• Share feedback about customer responses and market trends with the manager.

1. Compliance & Discipline

• Follow company policies, calling scripts, and data privacy guidelines.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct at all times.
