Job Description
A BPO Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to interact with customers, provide information about products or services, resolve queries, and generate leads or sales as required. The role involves maintaining a polite and professional tone, understanding customer needs, updating customer records accurately in the system, and following company scripts and policies. A telecaller is also expected to meet call quality and performance handle customer objections effectively, and ensure a positive customer experience while representing the organization.
