Hiring: Telecallers – Banking Collections (Voice Process)
We are looking for Telecallers who can join us for Banking Collections roles.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Outbound calling to customers regarding overdue accounts
🔹 Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments
🔹 Update customer details and payment status in CRM
🔹 Handle customer queries and disputes professionally
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
🔹 Coordinate with clients and escalate complex cases
