Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch and supervise branch staff.

• Drive business growth by promoting and mobilizing deposits under SB, RD, DRD, FD, and MIS schemes.

• Achieve monthly and yearly branch targets & individual self targets related to deposit mobilization and membership growth.

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to attract new members and increase deposits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Monitor staff performance and guide them in achieving individual and branch targets.

• Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and maintenance of member records.

• Coordinate with the loan and collection departments to ensure smooth operations and proper follow-up where required.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to the management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and internal audit requirements.

• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities to expand the branch business.

• Handle customer grievances and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct within the branch team.

Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduate (Commerce / Business Administration preferred)

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banking, Nidhi company, NBFC, or financial institution

• Prior experience in deposit mobilization and branch management will be an added advantage
