Job Summary:The Loan Sales Branch Manager is responsible for leading the branch operations, driving loan sales performance, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily branch operations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly loan sales targets (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for better performance
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
• Build strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
• Monitor team productivity and ensure KPI achievement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively
• Generate new business through field visits and networking
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management
• Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
