Job Summary


The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) is responsible for driving sales and business development activities at the branch level. The BSM will manage a team of sales executives or advisors, develop business through direct and agency channels, and ensure branch profitability by achieving assigned targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive life insurance sales through the branch by managing and mentoring a team of sales executives/advisors.
  • Identify and recruit quality agents/advisors and provide training and motivation to enhance productivity.
  • Manage daily operations of the branch, including sales tracking, customer service, and compliance.
  • Set performance benchmarks for the branch and monitor achievement of targets.
  • Organize customer meets, branch activities, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and business.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and policy persistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless policy issuance, servicing, and claims processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition, and market developments.
