Job Description
Bus Captain
1. Assist the bus driver in daily operations
2. Ensure safe boarding and deboarding of passengers
3. Maintain discipline and order inside the bus
4. Help passengers with seating and route information
5. Ensure safety rules are followed at all times
6. Handle passenger queries politely
7. Monitor cleanliness and basic bus condition
8. Report incidents or emergencies immediately
9. Coordinate with transport supervisors when required
10. Provide a safe and comfortable travel experience
