Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) - Event & Corporate Mobility

About Bharani Xpress: Bharani Xpress is a premier mobility service provider based in Kilpauk, Chennai. We specialize in managing transportation logistics for Corporates, Educational Institutions, and Large Events. From executive car rentals to bus charters for student tours and weddings, we move people with comfort and reliability.

The Role: We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our client base in Chennai. You will be the face of Bharani Xpress, meeting decision-makers to offer our transport solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Market Research: Identify potential clients (IT Companies, Factories, Colleges, Wedding Planners) who need regular transport services.

·        Lead Generation: Conduct field visits to corporate offices and event venues to generate enquiries.

·        Client Meetings: Meet HR Managers, Admin Heads, and Event Organizers to present our fleet services (Employee Transport, MICE Tours, Wedding Transfers).

·        Sales Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close contracts.

·        Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and ensure smooth service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

·        Age: 25 to 35 years.

·        Gender: Male candidates preferred (due to extensive field travel).

·        Transport: Must own a Two-Wheeler and valid Driving License.

·        Experience: Previous experience in Field Sales, Travel, Logistics, or Event Management is a plus.

·        Language: Fluency in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing) is mandatory.

What We Offer:

·        Competitive Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience) + Incentives.

·        Allowances: Fuel allowance + Mobile reimbursement.
