About the Role:

ProQruit is hiring dynamic Social Impact Executives, who will be at the forefront of spreading awareness and generating crucial financial support for global medical missions. As a fundraiser, your role is to engage with the public, share impactful stories, and inspire individuals to support this vital cause.

Key Responsibilities 

✔ Communicate mission, values, and impact clearly to potential supporters

✔ Inspire people to contribute financially and become part of a global support network

✔ Build meaningful connections and maintain professional relationships with potential donors

✔ Maintain accurate records of donor information and fundraising activity

✔ Attend training sessions to enhance your knowledge and fundraising skills

✔ Use proven fundraising techniques and organization-provided training to maximize donor engagement

✔ Achieve individual and team fundraising targets consistently

Who We're Looking For

✅ Strong communication and people skills – ability to engage with diverse individuals

✅ Eagerness to learn and develop fundraising abilities

✅ Enthusiasm and drive to represent a humanitarian cause with passion

✅ Target-oriented mindset with the ability to accept and act on feedback

✅ Educational background in Marketing, Social Work (MSW), or similar fields is a plus
