Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth through sales and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Present company products/services to prospective customers
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical,Business,Marketing or Related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (freshers may apply if strong in communication)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
• Strong presentation and follow-up skills
