Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Engineer – CADMATE Sales (Work From Home)Location: Tamil Nadu / Kerala (Remote)

Role Overview:We are looking for a Business Development Engineer (BDE) to drive CADMATE software sales by handling the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification to product demo and deal closure.
- Key Responsibilities:Connect with architects, engineers, and AEC firms
- Understand client requirements and pitch CADMATE
- Conduct online product demos (training will be provided)
- Handle objections and position CADMATE vs other CAD software
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain pipeline and follow-ups
- Coordinate with telecalling team for lead conversion
- Requirements:1–3 years experience in sales / B2B / software sales
- Good communication in Tamil & English (Malayalam is a plus)
- Basic technical understanding (CAD knowledge preferred)
- Confident in online presentations and demos
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined (WFH role)
- Preferred Profile:Experience in CAD / AEC industry
- Exposure to AutoCAD or similar software
- Prior demo or presentation experience
