Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with project management consultants (PMC), architects, and clients to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
  • Showcase Demo for Audio-Visual products professionally to clients, ensuring high-impactful presentations.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations for Audio-Visual products, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with customer needs.
  • Extraordinary Negotiation and Convincing skills and alike handling clients of the company.

Key Skills & Qualification:

  • Postgraduate in Business or equivalent qualification.,IT/ECE, EEE.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in a marketing or business management role, with a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Tamil and English.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations for electronic products to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends in the technology, electronics, or related industries is a plus.
  • Negotiation Skills: Active listening, building trust, adaptability, and clear communication to create mutually beneficial deals. Effective BDMs also leverage strategic tactics, and ensure strong post-negotiation follow-up for long-term success.
  • Convincing Skills: To convince clients, retail, and rental companies for AV equipment, focus on demonstrating product benefits, cost-efficiency, and customization to meet their specific needs. Build trust by showcasing how the equipment solves challenges and enhances business operations.
