Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase membership and deposit mobilization.

• Promote and sell financial products including SB, RD, DRD, FD, and MIS to prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets assigned by the management.

• Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and marketing activities to generate new leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and internal teams for smooth processing of new accounts and deposits.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with KYC norms and company policies.

• Provide product awareness and explain benefits of various savings schemes to potential customers.

• Track daily business activities and submit performance reports to the Branch Manager or management.

• Follow up with customers for renewals of RD, DRD, FD, and MIS schemes.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, local events, and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility.

• Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
