Job Description

Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated candidate to help in finding new customers, arranging online meetings, and collecting documents for business loan processing. This role involves regular interaction with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
- Identify potential customers through phone calls, references, and online sources.
- Explain basic loan products to customers.
- Maintain customer details in records or CRM.
2. Virtual Meetings
- Schedule and attend online meetings with customers.
- Understand customer funding needs.
- Share basic process details and next steps.
3. Document Collection
- Collect required documents such as KYC, bank statements, and financials.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents.
- Ensure documents are shared properly with the internal team.
4. Follow-ups & Support
- Regular follow-ups with customers regarding case status.
- Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams.
- Update daily work status and reports.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: MBA / BBA / Any degree
- Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 year’s experience can apply
- Experience in bank, NBFC, fintech, or loan processing is a plus
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Online Meetings)
- Willingness to learn finance and lending processes
- Positive attitude and follow-up mindset
