Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Overview :

• We are looking for a driven and resilient Recruitment Sales and Marketing Executive to support our business development efforts through cold calling and outbound sales activities.
• Demonstrated ability to close direct sales through face-to-face and field-based engagements.
• Actively prospect, pitch, and convert leads into successful closures.
• Proven experience in direct, field, or face-to-face sales environments.
• Represent the company professionally at all times during client interactions and sales activities.
• Promote job openings and recruitment services to potential candidates and clients
• Engage and communicate effectively with candidates to explain job roles and benefits
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, marketing, telesales, or business development is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
