Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals to support business growth and market expansion.
• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt and improve marketing strategies.
• Collaboration with External Stakeholders: Work closely with Project Management Consultants (PMC), architects, and interior designers to identify new business development opportunities and enhance marketing efforts.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure that brand messaging and campaign objectives are aligned and support business objectives.
• Presentations: Develop and deliver effective presentations for electronic products, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with customer needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-10 years in a marketing or business management role, with a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Tamil and English.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations for electronic products to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends in the technology, electronics, or related industries is a plus.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design teams, as well as external partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, Freshers are welcome.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with clients and team members.
