Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations for HRMS, ERP, CRM, and Dialer software solutions. The candidate will drive revenue, manage the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong client relationships across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and BDMs
  • Identify new business opportunities for software solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and enterprise accounts
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and implementation teams
  • Track sales metrics and prepare management reports
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business & upselling

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HRMS, ERP, CRM, Dialer, or SaaS-based solutions
  • Proven experience in B2B software sales and team management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and forecast revenue
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Software/SaaS sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling HRTech, ERP, CRM, or Call Center/Dialer solutions
  • Exposure to enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Experience in subscription-based or license-based software sales
