Business Recruitment Manager

We are hiring a Business Recruitment Manager to handle recruitment activities and support business growth by hiring the right candidates.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

This role is ideal for candidates who are target-driven and interested in recruitment and people management.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Achieve monthly hiring targets
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
• Support onboarding and documentation process
• Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements
• Eligibility Criteria:Any graduate can apply
• Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work with targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage

Working Hours:🕙 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
