Job Description
We are Hiring Business Relationship Manager for Our Company.
Good Salary Package + Additional Attractive Incentives Based on Performance.
Work Location: Saidapet, Chennai.
Roles & Responsibilities:
✓ Every Month Updating Banker Contact details, Payout details and Product Details.
✓Handling business partners and bank managers, coordinating between them.
✓ Following Code Process, loan application and Payouts, Taking management approval as per requirement with Digital process.
✓ Guiding the Business Partner as File Login into Banks Portal and Digital process.
✓Meet with Business Partner and Bankers to obtain necessary informations and Answering their queries.
✓ Providing Information to Business Partner about different types of Loans, Products and Terms.
✓Meeting with Business Partner and Sourcing Partner to discuss the All Banks & NBFC products.
✓ Handling Business Partner queries, resolving and escalating them.
✓ Arranging a Product Training Session between Banks and Business Partners
