Job Responsibilities:

• Call customers to confirm their e-commerce orders.
• Provide basic customer support for order-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of order status and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally.
• Achieve daily call and order confirmation targets.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Tamil (Speaking, Reading, and Understanding).
• Basic English understanding preferred.
• Laptop or Desktop with a stable internet connection is a must.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Fluent in Hindi (Optional)
