Job Description
- Patient Care:
- Helping patients with mobility (e.g., getting out of bed, transferring to a wheelchair), assisting with personal hygiene, and ensuring patients have necessary facilities.
- Cleanliness:
- Maintaining cleanliness in patient rooms, bathrooms, and surrounding areas, including changing linens and disinfecting surfaces.
- Support to Staff:
- Assisting doctors and nurses with tasks such as cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and preparing patients for procedures.
- Communication:
- Communicating with patients and family members to address their needs and provide basic information.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintaining records of supplies and equipment, and reporting any issues to the nursing staff.
