Job Description
- Channel Partner ManagementIdentify, onboard, and empanel new channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing channel partners.
- Act as the single point of contact for channel partners for assigned projects.
- Sales & Revenue GenerationDrive sales targets through channel partners as per monthly and quarterly goals.
- Ensure adequate site visits, lead flow, and deal closures from the channel network.
- Support CPs with pricing, inventory details, offers, and documentation to close deals.
- Partner Engagement & EnablementConduct regular CP meetings, project briefings, and site visits.
- Organize channel partner events, project launches, and sales meets.
- Train channel partners on project USPs, location advantages, and sales pitch.
- Lead & Performance TrackingTrack leads generated, site visits, bookings, and conversions from channel partners.
- Monitor CP performance and ensure productivity across the network.
- Share regular reports on channel sales performance with management.
- Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate with internal teams such as CRM, marketing, legal, and finance for smooth closures.
- Ensure channel partners follow company policies, branding guidelines, and compliance norms.
- Support agreement execution, commission processing, and CP payouts as per policy.
- Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of real estate sales and channel partner ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Good understanding of local real estate market and broker network
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel / reporting tools
