Handle live chat support to assist customers in real time

Respond to customer queries via Email & WhatsApp

Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements

Collect and update all queries in the CRM system

Share enquiries with the concerned departments and follow up

Make and receive basic calls related to customer queries (Non-voice + Minimal voice)

Ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience
