Civil Engineer

We are hiring a Civil Engineer with strong site supervision skills to manage daily construction activities and ensure quality execution for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work and ensure progress as per schedule
• Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards
• Prepare/check drawings, BOQs, measurements, and material requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, labour teams, and management
• Maintain site safety and compliance at all times
• Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of civil works
• Resolve site-level technical issues and provide solutions

Requirements

• B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of site experience (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and supervision
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ready to handle on-site tasks independently
