Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work execution according to approved drawings, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at the site.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.

Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.

Ensure quality control of materials and construction work.

Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete works, and finishing works.

Maintain daily site reports and documentation.

Calculate material requirements and track usage.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel

Quantity take-off and BOQ understanding

Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience in residential/commercial construction site projects
