Job Responsibilities

• Surface Cleaning: Dusting furniture, fixtures, and high-touch areas; wiping and sanitizing countertops, sinks, and toilets.
• Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing different types of flooring.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash and recycling bins and replacing liners.
• Restroom Maintenance: Deep cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers, and replenishing supplies like toilet paper and soap.
• Window Cleaning: Washing windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Supply Management: Keeping inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting shortages.
• Equipment Use: Operating cleaning machinery like vacuums, carpet cleaners, and polishers.
• Safety & Reporting: Adhering to health and safety rules, reporting maintenance issues, and handling hazardous materials safely.

Requirements:

• Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma (Preferred).
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring thorough cleaning to high standards.
• Time Management: Completing tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Reliability: Working independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year of minimum experience in Cleaner
• Language: Ability to fluently speak in Tamil, English & other South-Region languages & Hindi (Added Advantage).
• Patience & Professionalism: Maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
