Job Description
Position: CNC Turning Setter Cum Programmer
Location: Chennai –Ambattur Industrial Estate
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Day & Night)
- Experience in CNC Turning Machine Setting & Programming
- Must be able to handle complete shift operations independently
- Experience in Valve Components machining preferred only
- Knowledge of Fanuc
- Ability to solve setting and production issues
- Good knowledge in tool selection and offsets
Candidate must have experience machining exotic materials such as:
- SS316
- Inconel
- Monel
- Hastelloy
- Titanium
- Machine setting and program editing
- Tool selection and setting
- First piece approval
- Maintaining production quality
- Handling operators in the shift
- Achieving production targets
