Job Title: Collections / Debt Recovery Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for Collections / Debt Recovery Executives to handle customer follow-ups and recover outstanding payments through calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to collect overdue payments
• Explain payment options and resolve customer queries
• Maintain accurate records of calls and collections
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Fresher to 3 years
• Education: 12th / 3 years Diploma with experience / Any Graduate
• Language: Hindi + English OR English + any two South Indian languages

Work Details:

• Day Shift (Fixed)
• Rotational weekly off
