Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to join our training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, activity-based training sessions that enhance students' communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive and activity-based training sessions on communication and interpersonal skills

Facilitate role plays, group discussions, and other experiential learning activities

Train students to improve confidence, English fluency, and presentation skills

Provide constructive feedback and track student progress

Create a positive and motivating learning environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong command of spoken and written English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage and energize learners through interactive methods

Experience in conducting soft skills or behavioral training is preferred

Good presentation and facilitation skills

Passion for teaching and mentoring students
